The easiest DIY farmhouse craft you’ll ever make
This little diy is the easiest and probably cheapest craft you’ll ever make! For $4.00 and less than 5 minutes of your time you’ll have this cute farmhouse style galvanized tin with the prettiest artificial flowers I’ve seen on a long time!
I have previously used this floral in another project and loved it so much that I wanted more of it where see it and you can really enjoy how pretty this artificial floral bundle is. Personally I love fresh flowers and I’m usually disappointed in mostly anything artificial but as soon as I saw these I instantly loved them! Best part is they are only 97 cents each!
So I grabbed a couple and waited until I found the perfect container for them. Fast forward a day and one trip to the dollar tree and I find this adorable galvanized tin! All the Spring decor is out in full swing at the dollar tree and honestly it’s my favorite place right now! They actually come in 2 different sizes of these galvanized tins. One is taller than the other. This one here for the decor is the taller one.
Also while your at the dollar tree grab this 2 pk of round foam. They are the perfect fit for the inside of the tin. No need for glue. Just press firmly and evenly down and wedge it in the tin. It’s like they were made to go together!
The only tool for this entire project is a pair of wire cutters or heavy duty construction grade scissors. You’ll snip each flower steam that branches off the main stem off. Make sure to snip as close to the main stem and as far down as possible.
Once you snip them off of the bunches stick each one into the piece of foam you have wedged in the galvanized tin. Make a circle around the outside using half the clippings. Place the other half of the clippings in the center of the foam making sure to spreading them out evenly.
This it! So simple, so quick and so cute! This has to be one of my all time favorite projects! So little time and so little money.

Here are all the supplies you’ll need
•1 tin
•1 2pk round foam
• 2 floral bunches
• wire cutters
Unwrap the round pieces of foam, take one piece out and wedge it evenly into the tin.
Next take the wire cutters and snip off each floral steam that branches out from the main stem. Make sure to cut as far down to the main stem as possible.
Once you have each stem cut off stick them into the foam one at a time around the edge of the foam making a circle. Use about half the floral pieces around the edge and use the remaining pieces to fill in the center. Be sure to place them spread out filling in the center evenly.
